COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations


 

 

Rutherford County Health Department Testing and Vaccinations will be closed on 1/17/2022.

 


 

Testing

Testing is available at the  Former State Farm Operations Building located at 2500 Memorial Boulevard.  Both nurse administered and Everlywell self-test kits are available during:

 

Monday-Friday

8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

 

Additional testing is provided at the La Vergne Multi-purpose Building Parking Lot located  at 5093 Murfreesboro Rd during the following hours:

Monday-Friday

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday

10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Vaccinations

Currently, the Rutherford County Health Department is only offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for first, second and booster doses. Vaccinations are available at the former State Farm Operations center located at 2500 Memorial Boulevard during:

 

 Monday-Friday

1:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 

Currently, the Rutherford County Health Department is only offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for first, second and booster doses. Our new hours of operations starting Tuesday, January 4th will be Monday-Friday 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the former State Farm Operations center located at 2500 Memorial Boulevard. 

Individuals are encouraged to check vaccines.gov to find a location that is offering their preferred COVID-19 vaccine.  Appointments are encouraged but not required.   Vaccines are also widely available at pharmacies, medical clinics, and other sites. 

As a reminder all COVD-19 test & vaccines are Free.
